Terms of use
Who provides Curanon
Curanon is clinic software for homeopathic doctors, made by Vespermill, a company being incorporated in India; these terms will be re-issued in its name when that is done. Questions about them go to dpo@curanon.com.
Your account
Curanon is for registered homeopathic practitioners and the people who work in their clinics. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; what is done on your account is your responsibility. One account is one doctor; Clinic Plus covers up to three doctors in one clinic.
The trial and the plans
Every new account has 14 days of full access. Keeping full access after that needs a paid plan, at the prices on this site, plus GST. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan. If you do not subscribe, your records stay readable and exportable; nothing is deleted without your say.
Paying and cancelling
Plans are billed yearly or monthly, in advance, through Razorpay. You can cancel at any time: the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and does not renew. If a yearly plan turns out not to be right for you, tell us within 7 days of paying and we refund it in full.
Your patients’ records
You are the treating doctor and, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the data fiduciary for your patients’ records; Curanon processes them on your behalf, as the privacy page describes. Taking the consent your patients’ data needs is your responsibility as their doctor; the app records it for you.
Clinical decisions
Curanon shows repertory entries with their source, page and grade, and materia medica text from the public-domain works named in the app. It never recommends a potency or a dose. Every prescription, and everything printed on it, is your decision and your responsibility.
Availability and your data
We work to keep Curanon running and your data safe, with daily backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Export is always available, on every plan and after cancelling, so your register is never locked in.
Acceptable use
Do not use Curanon for anything unlawful, do not try to reach another doctor’s data, and do not resell access. We may suspend an account that does, and we say why.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the version line at the top changes and your account shows a notice before the change applies to you.
Law
Indian law applies. Disputes go to the courts in Bengaluru.
